Products that are in stock in Europe at the time the order is placed are usually delivered within 5–9 business days after payment of the invoice has been received. The delivery time may vary slightly depending on the delivery address, the selected carrier’s workload, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Products that are not available in stock at the time the order is placed are manufactured individually or in accordance with the manufacturer’s production schedule. In such cases, the estimated production time is specified separately for the relevant product or agreed with the customer during order processing. Once the product has been manufactured and prepared for dispatch, delivery within the European Union usually takes 5–9 business days.

For custom-made products, special orders, or products with customised specifications, the production and delivery times are agreed individually. In such cases, the timeframe depends on the complexity of the product, the required materials, the approval process, and the manufacturer’s workload. Order fulfilment begins after all essential details have been approved and, where applicable, after payment of the invoice has been received.
